Every legal sportsbook in North Dakota is operated by a tribal nation under state gaming compacts.   • ID: Government-issued photo ID is required.
  • Cash: Most books accept cash and major debit cards; some accept credit. Self-service kiosks are common.
  • Mobile: Sports betting cannot be placed off-property. Some books have plans for on-premise mobile via Kambi.
  • Distances: ND is geographically large — drives between casinos can be 4+ hours. Plan accordingly.
